Jill says knitting and sewing are two of her creative outlets,
and blogging helps her share endeavors in these areas using her other two
creative outlets: photography and writing. She started her knitting blog15 months, but has been a
blogger since back in 2007.
Jill says she started knitting
in 2004, and opened an Etsy shop in 2008. She sells handmade knit accessories,
felted up-cycled sweater accessories and scrapbook items. By day Jill is a high school journalism
teacher and adviser. Born and
raised in Shawnee, but she went to school at Kansas State and worked in Wichita
for eight years before moving back to the Kansas City area.
