Kristen says her favorite thing about blogging is having a spot to keep and share her ideas inspires her to be more creative. She's been blogging for three years, part time, and likes to post about topics like crafting, sewing, DIY projects, cooking, and being a new mom. Her blog was named after her grandmother, and she has some wonderful projects that she shares (how cute is this Show Me State pillow).
She has an Etsy shop where she sells hand made women's clothing, and most recently she's been doing special orders making costumes for people attending Comic Con events (so fun!). By day Kristen is a stay at home mom. She grew up in Chilhowee, MO about an hour southeast of Kansas City and has been living in the city for almost 4 years.
